About $19 each when printing a minimum of 16. On average, a direct to film printed t-shirt will cost about $15 to $19 depending on the quantity you are ordering, the size of the print and the number of print locations. The brand and quality of the garment will also factor into the final price of your DTF Ottawa order.
With proper care and washing, DTF printing can last dozens of washes. DTF is more durable than DTG. The level of detail and thin lines in the artwork will play the biggest role in how long a DTF print lasts. Thicker and more bold designs will produce longer lasting print results. Hang drying your dirext to film printed clothing is highly recommended. When in doubt, screen printing will always offer a more durable print.
6 is the minimum order for DTF printing. This includes a mix of sizes and your choice of garment colours.

Print what you need! With the low order requirements for DTF printing there is no need to hit high volumes for discounts. DTF printing offers price breaks at quantities of 16, 24, 48, 72, 150, 250+. Free local delivery is still included for smaller orders.
Vector artwork is best if printing a logo or illustrated artwork. Vector files usally end in .AI .EPS .SVG or .PDF and offer the most accurate print results. You can test to see if a file is vector by zooming into the file and observing that all the lines stay 100% sharp without any pixelation even at extreme zoom levels. High resolution files are ok when vector is not available for images like photos and full CMYK artwork. High resolution files should be 300DPI and as large as the actual desired print size.
Ottawa DTF offers free city-wide delivery on all orders. Our delivery zone includes East of Kanata, West of Orleans, North of Barrhaven and South of Hull. We do deliver outside of our free zone for approx. $10 and up. Shipping can be arranged anywhere across Canada at standard Canada Post rates.
DTF Ottawa is the best way to print smaller volume orders iwith complex artwork. Ottawa Direct to Garment is ideal for small batches and most orders can be printed and delivered within 2 weeks. Direct to Film can be printed in full colour CMYK for photo realistic images using the complexity of gradients and an output of up to 16,000 colours. Direct to Film Ottawa is best suited for full colour complex images like photos. Small details and fine lines are not a problem for DTF as a special printer with an inkjet head prints the artwork directly on to the film and then secured to the garment with a special heat process. The film is then removed leaving a super smooth ink finish.
